The condition of our skin, and our skin type is affected by our diet. The lifestyle we lead, and genetics. It isn’t as simple as I’ve got spotty skin I’ll use a spot clearing product and it will all go away.
We all have normal skin but the factors of our life determine our skin type. Sensitive, Dry, Oily. Our face is a map of our body. The factors our skin is showing is an indication of what our body is lacking.
It is so important you look at what’s going in your body, aswell as what products are going on.
An individual could be using the best products for their skin, but may not see any benefits or even think it working because the food/ ingredients you’re putting into you body aren’t letting it function to its optimum.

I believe you shouldn’t put anything on your skin that you wouldn’t put in your body. When your next picking skin care products research a couple of the ingredients. If you are happy to put them in you body, great. If not then think twice about your purchase.
For example, would you eat petroleum? No its a petrol product. would you eat avocado oil? yes it the natural oil of an avocado.

making a natural, organic skin care range from birth and trying where possible to only exposing my baby to natural things I think will be the difference to whether he gets skin complaints or not.
I will be eating a healthy diet, made of fish, grains, fruit and veg. Avoiding processed products. while breast-feeding my baby. As to only pass on goodness.
I will only use natural skin care products on myself and baby, that I have made so I know where they come from.
I will use only natural, organic bedding http://www.thelittlegreensheep.co.uk for my cot, snuzpod, blankets and pram. so no chemicals can be passed on this way.
I went shopping the other day to buy all my last few essentials and looked at nappies. I was very sad to see that Pampers sensitive nappy range contains petroleum. I looked at Boots own brand and Aldi own mamia brand and to my knowledge these don’t contain petroleum. So I will be avoiding Pampers products.
A site ive found
for natural disposable nappies. The old-fashioned terry toweling is best for baby as we know. I looked into using these as there natural with no chemicals whats so ever. let’s be honest this can be so inconvenient and messy and time-consuming. I decided i am all for disposable nappies but not ones that contain chemicals, as this is the quickest way for our little bums to get nappy rash. Prevention is always best.
